If the  Yesterday, Easter Day for Christians...Catholics especially, this image of the back of my yard was present. The spray head hides under ground for multiple hours, days, till activated by some mysterious schedule set by the HOA, and the water pressure pushes up the shaft at the top of which is the spray head, that opens its precious liquid to the water starving plants. And it seemed to me that were the shaft not to come up and expose itself to the plants, its design purpose would be futile - unused, wasted, one museum-piece. Protected from the surroundings, its nature would be - in a sense - meaningless, and unseen, as it is buried deep in the ground... On the other hand, were it activated, not by its own forces, but by some agencies beyond itself, the shaft would ascend onto the terrain above, expose itself to the surroundings, and engage in allowing a higher design purpose disperse life-giving water thru it.
