Airlines and us....wait! Not us, but U.S.!, as in United States!
A recent article by a blogger by the name of Dartagnan in the Daily Kos, really impressed me in multiple perspectives. The article is exceptionally well written. And it captures the experience - experiences - of today's traveler - by air, that is. It relates how U. S. Airlines (btw, how many is that? - read and get shocked!) have taken advantage of present day economic conditions of the " people " ( the majority of the population, that is ) who are suffering the tyranny of inequality and who still believe in the economic " fantasy dream " of U.S. society - a dream so well and proficiently engendered by relentless marketing hypnosis, and its exceptionalism culture ~ especially the theory that the peaceful capitalism of the US constitutes an exception to the general economic laws governing national historical development .
