"By sufficiency, I don't mean a quantity of anything. ... It isn't a measure of barely enough or more than enough, Sufficiency isn't an amount at all. It is an experience, a context we generate, a declaration, a knowing that there is enough, and that we are enough. ...

It is a consciousness, an attention, an intentional choosing of the way we think about our circumstances." (Ref: Lynne Twist, The Soul of Money).

Am I enough?  Am I hiding, shying away, or clutching, seeking, thirsting, running, avoiding, skipping, grasping, grappling, vacuuming, needing...When I am flooded with fear and scarcity, do I try to call forward joy and 'sufficiency' (there's that word again!) by acknowledging the fear, transfoming it into gratitude...and generating the context and the sensations of welcoming, or safety, or okness, 'enoughness', pleseantness, ...?

Something to 'munch' about.
