Go to the pain, to the discomfort

In the practice of Yoga, the poses take us to places where there might be discomfort. we are taught to hold it - to not run away from it. To sense it, as fully as we can. And it starts melting away as soon as we start going towards it.

Yesterday, in picking up the book by Michael A Singer titled The Untethered Soul, this page jumped at me. Wonder why? Wonder what 'discomfort' is present that the Universe is 'telling' me to 'stay'. Hmmm. Let me share it with you, the reader:

Hope you enjoyed it. And yes, it is a mystery. But it is real.
