A neat surprise...depth...beauty: Hedges & Wong

I was researching this author for his life's resume, including the professional piece, both of which are ...incomparable. How can one human being in one lifetime accomplish all this? It is a mystery.
Take a look at the achievements here: Chris Hedges - author & bio This is exceptional, amazing.

In fact, I feel humbled, and in a special way, almost gifted - in the sense of having received a gift - at the possibility of reading one of his works: "The Coming Collapse". This is an inspirational relatory of our present moment in history, and the awful, sad perspectives ahead, given the waters we have chartered, or that have been chartered for us, or is that, US? I invite the reader to - slowly - take a look and immerse in it. Its significance is critical.

Taking a break after reading the piece, a break to let all that wisdom? experience? insight? ... I came across the name of his wife, and there my browser went. Who could this woman be? Another giant?, or a diminutive femme basking in the shadow of the pillars of the giant? (Did that sound discriminatory...? I imagine so, but may I plead something like 'literary freedom'? Maybe? Just attempting to frame the image, the conversation....thank you!).

Well, the wife is...no other than...Eunice Wong. Sit down.

Another GIANT!!! Her bio is at...http://www.eunicewong.com/biography
A sampler:
Eunice Wong is a classically trained actor who works in professional theatres across the United States and in New York City, as well as having appeared on HBO, NBC, ABC, Comedy Central, and in various films. Eunice is a graduate of the Juilliard School Drama Division. Eunice is also an avid student of circus aerials, with skills in aerial silks, as well as rope and trapeze.
Keep on reading the bio...alert, for its reading may have severe impacts on one's psyche. i.e., low self-esteem of the deepest degree. You were warned!

What a joy to read about these two lives, and there is still so much more to go over in their websites!

I especially liked this in Mrs. Wong's bio page:

That is a bit to munch on and enjoy its 'taste'.

Happy Memorial weekend!
